This is a snapshot of our 'home training series' starting next week. Although we are all at home, we can still practice the basic fundamental movements for judo. With no mat time, these exercises are more important than ever. Ensure the training area is safe and a responsible adult is in supervision.
We are beginning with one of my favourite warm ups, taking in dynamic movement, proper posture, top and bottom coordination and increasing speed. This is a short clip that will challenge the whole household. Consistent practice will build 'muscle memory' and will encourage individual technique development.
We challenge parents to supervise and practice these exercises with your children. You will feel the 'burn', I kid you not!
