After two Home Nation Open Level 4 events, we have reviewed and evaluated performances and put together some guidance for development going forward. Although it was a very positive experience for The Judo Academy and the NI Pathway Squad, it would be remiss to let it pass without learning and setting standards for the future.
Technical practice and a recommended weekly schedule are attached.
