Tendoku Renshu means 'solo practice', the perfect exercise for the next few months. We also refer to this as 'visualisation' and it is a progressive way to practice the uchikomi style movements for a variety of throws.
We have did some basic solo practice drills at The Judo Academy, but this can certainly be extended to be used as a very practical and worthwhile workout at home. Very good for upper and lower body coordination.
