Part 2 of our 'Home Training Series' using resistance bands and expanding the use of 'Tendoku Renshu' or shadow uchikomi. Use this as a reference guide, take ownership of your own training and add in or take away exercises as you see fit.

Ensure you are taking all necessary precautions for safety, including having enough space to practice so to minimise risk of injury.
