This week, Coach Grace has led the warm up with some S&C exercises along with animal movements. Coach Stephen has developed the resistance band and visualisation drills, finishing with Coach Grace's cool down muscle stretch!
As normal, take normal safety precautions, especially around spatial awareness at home. As part of your preparation for being a coach, parents could encourage and direct you to explain and carry out a short 'Risk Assessment' of the room before you begin.
