Video recording for those wishing to pursue their technical grading is available every Sunday from 11.00-12.00 in Lisburn Racquets Club.
This will follow both Irish Judo Association and British Judo Association requirements. We are encouraging the 1st Kyu brown belts to take ownership of their technical development and get involved in this programme.
