Great weekend at the British Schools C’ships!

Another great weekend for The Judo Academy and NITD Pathway Squad.

Aodhan got his first British medal to add to his collection, with an excellent bronze medal. Still recovering from a niggling injury, he managed to fight through. On another day, a final place would be possible.

Michael and Danya were placed fifth, just pipped for the medal podium. It doesn’t tell the full story but again, a bit more focus and a little luck could see podium places for both. Excellent performance and plenty of wins for both.

Finn won his first fight across the pond and saw the scale of a huge event with over 750 competitors. A great experience.

The squad completed the weekend with a gold medal for Willow, bronze for Joe, to top off a great set of performances and experience for the squad.
