NI Closed Championships 2025!

A small contingent from The Judo Academy Performance Team travelled to the Foyle Arena on Sunday 2 November to compete in the NI Championships.

Building on his competition record, Danya secured a Gold medal and title of NI Champion on the cadet U90kg.

On his first outing in the competition arena, Dan won a hard fought bronze medal, securing a first and significant win in the U60kg cadet category.

Imogen achieved a silver medal and unfortunately had to compete at a higher weight category due to very sparse female entry.

Magnificent to see the strength in depth accumulating across the clubs.
