We had a fantastic finale to the season when we were joined by around 40 guests from Galway, teams from Coleraine, Limavady, Ballycastle, Belfast, Lisburn, and of course our own Judo Academy members.
Representatives and supporters from NI Judo federation spent the weekend with us and a superb targeted presentation on Mental Health, Depression, Stress, signs and indicators, as well as coping strategies was very much appreciated by parents and children alike.
Superb sessions, fantastic food, loaded goody bags & more importantly a million smiles!
