Technical Dan Grading 15 May!

The final part of this year's Technical Dan Grading is on May 15th from 10.00am-2.00pm. The focus will be on Nage No Kata, 15 throws, right and left handed with a cooperative partner.
Candidates will have to perform at least one set to achieve their Black belt.
