Our online Judo course is almost ready to launch!
We have collaborated with Lear Training to build an online training and learning portal that we can continually add to.
The aim is to begin to build a solid fundamental base on which we will add a progressive online study and resource area to our website. Prospective new participants, novice, intermediate and advanced players, parents and siblings, new and current coaches will be able to create activities and lesson plans easily.
The course includes;
Interactive media presenting techniques and movements.
6 week, 18 session 'HIIT for Judo' plans designed using technical judo movements that apply to all throwing techniques.
Over 100 technique and exercise videos.
Video Analysis for sport performance module.
